Motion is key!  No matter how young or old, we need to stay active and in motion to help maintain health.  Through much of our daily activities, or occasional overexertion, we can start to notice pain and reduced motion in our lives. Dr. Seifers focuses on the whole body and what may be causing the pain or dysfunction.   Through hands-on manipulation and focus on the soft tissues and muscle, he works to regain the lost motion and get you back to enjoying life.

Personal
While working at a grocery store through high school and college, Dr. Seifers saw the amazing benefits fellow co-workers received from chiropractic care. Seeing the difference this non-invasive care provided was inspiring and led him on his current path.  Being an outdoor enthusiast, he greatly enjoys his opportunity to live in Colorado and experience its many possibilities, even if it is just a short stroll around a park with his wife, Amanda, and Cocker Spaniel, Porter.  He also enjoys automotive repair and restoration, hiking, biking, snowshoeing, botany, photography, grilling and smoking food, target shooting, relaxing with a good cup of coffee at a coffee shop, and many other growing and newfound interests.
